Post Title: Secretary/Office Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities:

Under the overall supervision of the UNFPA Assistant Representative or other Professional Officer, the incumbent performs administrative support functions, which may include a variety of secretarial, coordinating, human resource and administrative services like registry, supply and transportation

Minimum Qualification:

Education: High school graduation is required, but university degree is preferable.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible experience across a broad range of administrative, procurement and secretarial functions. Good numeric skills and ability to work with commitment to organizational goals and mandate productively under pressure and cope with deadlines. Full proficiency in current office software applications (word, Excel & other IT applications), including desktop publishing, photocopying and scanning.

Language requirement: Good in English (written and spoken), and knowledge of the official Bhutanese language
