Duration:1 week from issuance of contract
Work: Development of a 2-D animated documentary programme on GLOF/Flood Preparedness and Safety Measures. Duties and Responsibilities:

The key tasks and assignments are given and the expected outputs are as follows:
1. Produce a 2 to 3 minutes animated 2-Dimensional documentary programme on Glacial Lake Outburst Flood/Flash Flood Preparedness and Safety Measures.
2. Programme should be delivered with voice over in Dzongkha and English sub-titles.
3. The programme should carry or include messages from the Emergency Safety and First Aid Handbook page 10-15 (the handbook will be provided by UNDP Bhutan).
4.The programme should clearly spell out preparedness messages before, during and after a flood.
5. The final product should also clearly mention that “The programme is brought to you in public interest by Department of Disaster Management and with support from UNDP- Bhutan”, and include logos provided by UNDP Bhutan

Minimum Qualification:
Applicant interested in the assignment should have the following qualifications and experience:

·Past experience in the field of production of 2-D or 3-D animated documentary programs (include names of past programmes/productions produced by the individual or the firm in the application).

·Proficiency in office software applications.

·Good interpersonal and communication skills.

·Hold a business/ professional license from competent authority (include license in application).

·Good written and spoken command of both English and Dzongkha language.
